Things to Note:
Submitting more than 10 artworks? No problem — just fill in your details and submit them again. Though not mandatory, submitting multiple pieces is highly recommended. It helps the jury get a clearer sense of your artistic style and how your work fits together in a gallery setting. The jury will evaluate the overall body of work, not just individual pieces. TERAVARNA values long-term relationships with artists, so returning artists may have an edge in the selection process.
· If you submit artwork on materials other than stretched canvas, it will need to be framed for exhibition. For prints, we need to have them with matting, backing boards, and sealed in clear plastic sleeves. If you prefer, we can handle the framing and presentation for you at a decent cost.
· Shipping and insurance for original works are the artist’s responsibility. We’ll provide detailed guidelines for packing and labeling once the winners are announced. Due to limited wall space, certain size restrictions may apply for exhibited pieces.
After the exhibition, artists can either have their unsold works returned to them at their own costs or leave them with us to be transported to our temperature-controlled gallery storage in LA, USA, for possible inclusion in future shows at other venues. The cost of transportation should be borne by the artists only.
P.S.: TERAVARNA does not guarantee cash prizes for participants in any of its competitions. Only artists chosen by an independent jury from the pool of applicants will have the opportunity to showcase their work at the art show.
