“I did not expect to paint more than 5 or 6 pieces but as they became very popular, I continued. I could not believe how doors started to open for me, I was welcomed into some of the biggest museums in the world.”

“I do not feel the need to follow trends in society because I am looking to be honest to my practice and what I enjoy. And in the process if the viewer can connect with it, I think that’s when art happens.”
